Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays begin processing on the next business day. During product launches, promotions and holiday periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping rates

Available shipping methods, delivery estimates and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and are provided by the carrier; they are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, customers receive a shipping-confirmation email containing the tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address changes

Customers should review their shipping address before placing an order. If a correction is needed, contact support@shopflexlife.ca as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Delays, loss or damage

If an order is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact support@shopflexlife.ca with the order number. Flex Life will help review the matter with the carrier. Carrier delays outside our control may occur.
