At Flex Life, we personally pack and ship every order with care.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Any applicable taxes are shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Flex Life is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada.
International shipping may be added in the future.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@shopflexlife.ca, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Flex Life is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
